Stop playing those kind of games with her until she's a little older.
squirt it in the face with water whenever it bites, it wont be too long before the kitty associates the nasty water spray with the biting action and stops this behavior
pull his tongue, not hard but hard enough to get his attention
Use a spray bottle with water in it to stop the behavior .
Pop it on the side
Know that he will grow out of it soon. Buy him some fake mouse toys to chew and chase. All of my cats have loved these things.
Pet her until she calms down... My kitty never bites... anymore :)
