No, I don't believe I have, but it might have meant different things
in my process of growing up.
And the partners I've been with may have interpreted it differently over the years, age and maturity do make a difference. My "I love you's " at age 16 are not the same as those at age 46, at least I hope they aren't.
At age 30 my girlfriend took my sincere "I love You" as a statement I wanted to get married, have kids, buy a house and settle down. I didn't !, I thought she jumped to conclusions.
But I DID LOVE HER, so I'm careful using it these days.
