What would you do if you paid $250 for something off of Ebay that was not what i!
Question: I know someone who paid that much for an X-Box game that was listed on there. When the package arrived well here is what they got for their $250 bucks:
A plain box with an X wrote on it.
They could not get their money back at all. What would you have done? (The person that they got it from had great feedback)

One time that happened to my fiance. He ordered a cell phone for that much, and it came to us in very bad shape. So we re-sold it for a higher price. The person we sold it to tried to return it, and it ended up as a claim that had to be settled by PayPal. Ultimately, we won. So basically if you used PayPal you can make a claim that way and get your money back.
Sue them so you could get your money back.....
