Yes I Do...............

Yes, but I don't see how it could be enforced.

no cuz how can they really know the age of people coming here

Yeah! I mean anything could be seen or heard on here..too much for the little kiddies..teaches them too much!

You tell me how to enforce such a rule, then i'll consider it

maybe we could have a catagory for over 18+ where you cant get reported, dang trolls.Enter at your own risk area.cheers :)

I think there maybe should be one section for adults and one for the kids...

Yes as is ebay, a quick credit check with a 1p credit to clarify your over 18 (only 18+ can get credit cards).

A reference number with a code on your statement next to the 1p credit which you then verify on here.

Quite simple really.

i'm gonna have to disagree with this one.
no point of doing that, people lie bout their age babe *winks*

Yes, but that would only work if they made Yahoo itself 18+.

Then you would have to enter Credit card details to register to prove you were 'of age'

This would stop the multiple accounts to some degree as well.

yes, yes, yes!!!

yes

Ya

they should have a junior version an adult version and then a senior version for the oldies (like me) some people dont get my humour

I wish!

x. no not really. x

it wouldn't make any difference because kids would still come in and piss us all off....but yeah, it should have an age limit....

yes so i can flirt with all the ladies on here and won't get reported. right.

Yes, age 18+ should be a mandatory condition.

There could be more bi/gay and bdsm categories in an 18+ section. Which would be awesome.

Not all of Y!A though.

Nope, for a reason that some young ones have better much to say or make some sense than the older ones. ouch! hurt myself there. It could be possible if they'll make (Y!A-4-A) "Yahoo!Answers 4 Adults".

yeah, it would be good, but, some of the younger people do actually have some rather applauding opinions

I'd suggest a junior and adult version.

21+

No, the whole(or original) point of it is a source of information and having an age limit would dis-empower millions of people. This is NOT a chat room or a social networking site(although I must admit I've met some great peeps here). There is a minimum age limit of 13 I'm led to believe and I think with proper parental guidance that is OK but what worries me more is the childish behaviour of some of the so called "Adults" on here.

Like the drinking age, there would always be someone who would try to sneak in.

Yes,cos then we could get real dirty!

No because the older of us can still figure out stuff one way or the other. But the lil ones often get worked up about slight things. In the early years of teenage they often get detached from friends or family. The rate at which horrible crimes like child abuse are increasing they often need support which they are afraid to ask from their dear ones. Not just that sexual orientation, peer pressures etc often leave them confused and miserable. At least they get some sort of help here. And talking of adult stuff , they can find them just about anywhere ... various sites , mags, t.v. , shops etc. So no sense banning Y!A from them on this basis. Besides such a ban is impossible to impose.

all keyboards are capable of lying.

I just think they ought to have a separate section for the kiddies. If I have to read "Does he love me?/do you love me?/blah blah Gerard 'cuntface' Way/blah blah/spots/am I pregnant//am I ugly/do my homework for me/etc" I'm gonna punch the screen.

I swear I wasn't that self-obsessed as a teenager!
