Answers: which way is worse?

a) fire
b) tornado
c) flood
d) bulldozer
e) earthquake

Fire. Very little can be saved or salvaged.

A fire because chances are I would find no trace or scrap of them. In a tornado they would be torn apart and scattered but possibly (longshot) found. In a flood, some things can be saved. A bulldozer would just bury it and drag it, probably find it. Earthquake, same as bulldozer. I know things can sometimes be saved in a fire, but I think that would be the worst.

fire

Fire because once your possessions are ashes there's not much you can do with them. We got flooded in July this year (really wet summer)...we had 5 foot in the house and lost everything on the ground floor and now the damp is spreading upwards so a lot of other stuff has been lost before we had the chance to put it in storage. But to be honest, losing your possessions and being homeless isn't as bad as a lot of people think. Yeah it's difficult at first, and time consuming to replace them and upsetting when you lose stuff that can't be replaced, like photos, but you just end up so grateful to be alive and well after something like that. And, seeing as our house is going to cost £230,000 to fix (about $470,000) it's always less heartbreaking when you have insurance :)

i witnessed the aftermath of a tornado in central fla. last feb. and could not believe the leval of destruction especially the manufactured homes. people had only concrete slabs left and their possessions had disappeared with the wind for miles never to be found. one man found a family portrait in his yard 10 miles away and a beautiful church was leveled beyond recognition, until then i thought nothing could be worse than fire or a flood but a tornado is much more devastating, not to diminish the severity other disasters.

Did you ever see what a backed up sewer gas pocket could do to a house? Talk about being blown to sh1t.

Definitely a Fire.

I choose B because tornados are more
prevalent in this area. A point blank strike and
there is nothing left, not even one brick.
