Question: well i just was thinking that a lots of ads in tv and paper r with really skinny people, but my real question is are they real beauty standars, because like Me i am from a latino culture and r bodies r different from the anglos or the chiness so it is the same beauty standar to all??????

I don't think the same standards apply at all, but the idea of beauty is subjective, depending on the person making the judgment. Latinos are beautiful in a different way than others. For one thing, I've noticed that most latino women are curvier than anglos.......which I think is beautiful. Many also have a certain intensity in their eyes that captures the attention of others.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but everyone is beautiful in their own way. Find yours and be proud of it.
beauty is in the eye of the beholder as they say. I don't think scrawny anorexic chicks are hot but neither are very large women. I think a women needs curves to look like a woman but some people like women that looks like lil boys. They may be gay though jury is out still.
No, I would guess that it depends on the person.
I think many cultures have a different opinion on what beauty is supposed to be.
