you do whatever it is that you have to do.
you say it when you're truly remorseful and it counts when it's sincere.
Sorry only counts when one truly means it; however, you must realize that the other person still needs time to get over the hurt that was caused. Just because one says sorry doesn't mean the other person should just be OVER IT. Something wrong or hurtful was done.
Also, if you are CONSTANTLY saying sorry than you must
look at why...
1) are you really doing mean stuff all the time?? If so, re-evaluate the way you treat people.
2) is someone just always making you feel guilty so you say sorry? If this is the case.....then you are in a bad relationship and need to move on.
