Kidney stones,
Gall stones,
Compound fracture
Shoulder separation.
Any of which would make you wish you JUST had a tooth-ache.
I burnt the skin off the top of both my theighs on a burning barrel...my skin melted to it so i had to rip my legs off, but surprisingly no scars...huh
The pain of loss, tooth pain will fade, phiscial pain will deminish, but the pain you experience when you lose a loved one,a parent, a wife, a son, that is true pain.

After childbirth which I have yet to experience I guess it must be dental or migraine pain. I sympathise with you! Take a couple of painkillers and try and sleep it off.
toothache : try dippind a swab in a lil alcohol and dont let it tough your tung or anything else but the area that is in pain.. that helped me a lot try it

I imagine being disemboweled or burned alive would be slightly worse --- as it is, the worst pain I've experienced is contractions (childbirth).
BTW, biting a clove with the sore tooth will help.
EDIT: Dontasky is right - muscle spasms in the stomach are horrible, and ALMOST as bad as labor contractions. Quite similar, actually.
Heartbreak, pure and simple
oh yeah toothache is nasty and can last for days if it's not sorted
but try dragging your top lip up to your eyebrows, that's what it feels like to have a baby
muscle spasms in the stomach..it doesn't sound painful but it is. i had it a couple of moths ago. i had to stay still for an hour. i tried to get up and almost fainted from the pain. i think that was the worst for me.
Take hammer hit toe very hard you will forget about the toothache

I would agree with you, painfull tooth, specially with abscess would be very painfull
Let yourself get a really bad sunburn.
Then go fake baking for an hour.
The get in a girly slap-fight with no shirt on.
Finally, apply athletic tape to your torso, let it stick there for an hour, and rip it off.

migraines and labour are horrid but the worst pain i had was when i had stitches in my tongue
