if i were to remember all the bad things folks have done to me i would have no room for love .. some have borrowed large somes of money and have not paid it back nor are able to.. , no courts are involved , i have had tv,s stolen from my house and a computer also stolen , i have had 3,000 dollars stolen from my house in which i had saved for a car and i had proof of whom stole it they had written in a diary of sorts... its a shame but it was from someone i had trusted who had 3 kids, ! / I COULD put them in jail or take it to court ... was i angry and upset . ? straigh tup and honest! yes!!!!!!!!!.. they never found out though that i knew it was them .
the most pleasant memories i have had are those of the children i helped teach in church bible class and childrens choir .. it was a blast ,, never easy though .. children can be hurtful with words they say, . I AM soo glad for forgiveness ,so that when others hurt you its easy to forgive for you also know when you do this mercy and forgiveness comes back to you as well.
.. folks friends dont allow unpleasant memories to instill fear or hate toward others u lose the blessings GOD wants to give to you then .. believe it or not!! bro murray

Good things are in my memory most of the time, but bad things can turn up unexpected.

both

sometimes I remember the good things, and sometimes I remember the bad things, especially if they were of something really tragic that happened in my life....

both

Both, good things give us strenght to move on; bad things makes us learn and be stronger.

some of both
i have to remember some of the bad to keep me from doing it again'
and the good to keep the positive thing going

I am a very optimistic person. Now give me respect...lol..
I remember only the good things.

I try and remember all the good things. To dwell on the bad just makes you a negative person.

I'm usually a positive person and try forget the bad things and not hold grudges.

Most of the bad things in my life started of as good things, and vice versa.

unfortunately we all remember the bad thins instead of the good ones

I try to remember only the good things, but at the same time, remembering the bad things can be a lot more positive.

i.e. If a person really misses an ex, it is foolish to only remember all the good times and miss them all the time. You have to remind yourself that there were down times too.

*gl

Mostly the good things but also some bad.

only the good things.
i`m a very very positive man.
have a nice day
LOL

What if I remember both.

I remember everything,,good and the bad,,,

I like 2 remember most of good things coz they give me joy n peace but a few bad things as well, to make me more determined n focused on whatever I'm doing.

EVERYthing!
:-)

Mostly I remember the good things. After enough time has passed after a "bad" period of time, the badness of the time seems to fade to neutral and I can mostly pick out good memories. Even things that seemed like a nightmare at the time don't seem so bad in hindsight.
Having said that, there are some things that didn't really faze me at the time but when looking back on them, I really wonder how I got through them. Life and its struggles are a funny thing!

I remember the good things and try to keep in mind the experience learned from bad things.

i remember everything

I guess I subconsiously distort the bad things for my own benefit ... and I remember the good things when I can.

i remember both
the sadest and the cruel one but i ignore it
the happiest and the best i remind myself of it
