I have started my own resolution to this, I call it 'the law of the pedestrian'
Nearly been run over a few times however will stand my ground to these f***ers!!!! ;0)
I have that problem on the dodgem cars.
It's like the snowflakes and raindrops just preform a magical transformation on people.

I detest motorists. They take risks with my life just to get where they are going 2 seconds quicker. Selfish fu**ers.
Young guys have got to much of an ego problem they call it a need for speed.
When many people get behind the wheel they become robotic with tunnel vision and all they think about is go, go, go. We all need to slow down a bit and be more courteous behind the wheel. Especially for pedestrians who don't have any protection like we do behind the wheel of the car. That's why you hear about so many accidents involving cars and pedestrians. If people go fast all the time to save time because of their schedule, the amount of time saved by going fast vs. normal speed may only be 3-5 minutes on an average run. We waste much more time doing other things and we don't seem to be too concerned for time then. So what's the point? Just as you say, idiots!!

Tell me about it. I am a delivery driver (kebabs in the evenings) and I see many a drunk or just plain stupid driver. There is a road that leads to a village near our town that is very dangerous. It is a main route and all sorts of traffic uses it. there have been too many accidents and deaths on this road, the majority caused by stupidity. anyway one night I was driving it in the fog, a real pea souper, you couldn't see more that a few yards in front of you. some idiot in a transit van overtook me, he must have been doing at least 70mph. how he didn't end up in the ditch I don't know. some people just need an injection of common sense when behind the wheel
