Whomever makes the food should not have to clean the oven. The cook has done enough already!
If you both work outside the home then you should both clean it. If only your husband works outside the home and you are a homemaker, stay at home mother, domestic Goddess, or whatever the politically correct term for houswife is these days, then you clean it.
here's a suggestion--buy a new one that's self cleaning--problem solved!
I would say whoever is home the most. If he works all the time, then you should, and vice-versa. If you both work about the same, maybe work out a deal ("I'll clean the oven, but YOU have to do the dishes for a week!" for example).
Your husband. And how to get him to do it is simple.....tell him no more dinner till it's done. I am sure he will get tired of fast food and sandwhiches pretty quickly.
