People smacking their gum. It's not the popping so much (though that's annoying too) but the smacking sound that I can't really describe but I think you all know what I'm talking about. It's disgusting and sooooo irritating.
fingernails on the chalkboard is # 1. I also can't stand my old mans snoring, and the voice of the woman from the nanny has to be third. ;-)
HIGH AND WHINY NOISES
Babies crying on airplanes do it for me. So does....
High whiny voices, I get an urge to slap the heck out of someone when I hear them. This urge is made much worse by the same type of voices I hear inside of me every day. But things have gotten better since my medication level was adjusted.

That woman that plays the "Nanny" talk, Fran something or other. Her voice makes my skin crawl.
I think I can tolerate most natural sounds longer than I can stand loud blaring rock music that is dissonant and discordant. How do you think the U.S. got Noriega to surrender? They blasted him with heavy metal for about 2 full days, until he came begging on his knees to put him in jail.
