Did you play with Building Blocks?!
Question: ...a story behind ours...13 of us...and i was the baby...we had a big potatoe sack...hard to explain if you never grew up inthe time of those sacks. Anyway the blocks from the first born were in that sack and we all played with them...wooden. What memories !! How about you?

My mother worked for a company that made fitted kitchens, and she brought home a big box of "Off cuts" which were every bit as good as your posh real building bricks, my brother and I had hours of fun with that, and it cost nothing!
Which was good because we had nothing.
I have brought nice shiny colour bricks for my children and grandchildren, but I still have fond memories of our building blocks. Wow that disturbed the dust bunnies in the attic!

i remember watching "little house on the prairie" and they put a bunch of kittens in a sack to throw in the river. i didn't like that "memory"
i played Lego's up til i was 18!
I have Lego's collection, i give it to my kids
