Does anyone like the Saw movies beside me???!
Question: I know it sounds sick. But I just love each disk. Did you ever stop to think how realistic the Saw movies really are? Many say I have a sick mind, any others??

I love horror movies, but this subgenre often called "torture porn" doesn't do much for me. Realism can be a good thing in creepy movies; in graphic movies though, I prefer more of the Evil Dead (almost cartoonish) style. Realism in torture movies ceases to be entertaining (at least for me) and becomes too exploitative. I think these movies (Saw, Hostel, Touristas, etc.) satisfy some primal violent urge in humans, probably the same thing that historically drove people to Roman gladiator games or public executions. I don't think my brain is wired that way.
Overall, I think less is often more. The greatest horror films of all time are not pornographically violent; they're subtly creepy.
I've never seen them, but my daughter is ga-ga over them!!!

I like 1 2 and 3, i havent seen the 4th one yet.
the first one was pretty good and then the second one was ok and the third one was just crap

I only liked the first one. I thought it was fantastic. The second got too hollywoody. I didn′t feel like watching the third.
they're very well made movies but they're so horribly morbid and horrifying that they freak me out. i watch them anyway.
Eh, those movies are fake and are horridly done. I was sick to my stomache of boredum whilst watching the first and I couldn't bare to watch the others. Cool, you like it, awesome for you, I personally- love really sweet and masterfully done gore and terror. Not these petty torture tricks.

They might be kinda sick.. But it's how real they make it seem. It's really good. I love them!
And the way the films are set like a game.. And yeah, it's really good. I'd do anything to see them again!
I don't think you have a sick mind, just because the film can be about eughhh!.. It doesn't mean it's not bad. And of course it's not real, it just seems so real! Yeah.. I really love them. I'm glad you like them too, a lot of people seem to hate movies liek that. But I don't :-) x
I haven't seen 3 or 4 yet, I'm just not big on gore movies. But I gotta tell you the endings are some of the greatest endings I've ever seen to a movie..

I don't like the horror movies I'm 25 and just recently saw freddie vs jason with my children and I don't understand what was so scary

I watched the first one ... it takes a lot more than that to scare me. I didn't bother watching the others.
I really enjoyed the first two... the third one wasn't as strong... and I haven't seen the fourth one yet
They might seem a little sick & disturbing... but I suppose that depends if you're watching it for the sick tortures & gore or if you're enjoying the mastermind of puzzles that Jigsaw presents.
