I'm pretty stable. I come off to other people as more stable than I am, though, which is both a good and a bad thing.
I have never had a big enough problem to truly see how strong I would be.
I am great under stress. I am the go to person for my family and friends. When everything is over I usually fall apart, then it takes a couple of days to recuperate
I'm stable but it helps when my fiance is as solid as a rock :)
