Question: It's gotta be hearing, I can hear a pin my upstairs neighbours drop. Not a good thing because I can hear EVERYTHING else they do as well!

Sight for me. As a designer, it has become well-tuned.
I have xray hearing. Drives me nutz sometimes.

i depend on my sight alot.....next would be smell
def not sight, my eye sight is so bad. prob smell.

Must be taste as i can't diet! But i have a keen nose also which more often than not can be a bad thing...

I have bad vision, so not sight. I don't hear people unless I'm really paying attention, so not hearing. I smoke, so my taste and sense of smell are kinda off. So I guess that leaves touch. Actually, now that I think about it, I do have a weird and very strong reactions to certain materials and tickling me, etc.

Our brains work on sight-based images. Smells, sounds and touches bring up the related videos.
