Yes. I am on AOL and they have a nice blocking feature. On occasion I have been pestered by other AOL members or people who have seen my screen name on some site. I just go in a block their name and they are unable to access me anymore. I believe most ISP offer this feature. Check into it. Sometimes people just don't get the message unless they are blocked.
