Next thing ya know, all of us who are considered obese will be required to wear a second seat belt or else risk double the seat belt violation fine.

Apparently from June next year, all companies are required to train their employees in cotton-wool management.
This is so they can wrap themselves and colleagues more effectively.
Some colleges are offering an NVQ level 3 in 'Avoiding The Bl@@dy Obvious Dangers of Paperclips'.....I'm gonna sign up. ;-)
