Question: I just used one of the bathrooms at work. A lady walked out of the stall and didn't wash her hands before leaving...I know she used the bathroom because I could hear the pee. Do you think she's a closet terrorist trying to spread disease to wipe out the U.S?

I would report her to the hotel security. You can spread disease this way and this is common knowledge; so this woman knows this and is trying to infect American society. She's disgusting and whoever says that not washing your hands is okay is a disgusting terrorist.
Homeland Security needs to be notified as well. This woman needs to be followed around to make sure she has no other "hidden agendas"

No. The only terrorists are Lysol and Clorox for spreading fear and germaphobia like a plague. I'd be willing to bet that germaphobia is partly responsible for MRSA.
Many germs are beneficial to us, and when people use antibacterial soaps or surface disinfectants, they usually don't follow the the instructions, which allows for malevolent germs to strengthen into the stuff of pandemics.
Most people do not come into contact with many germs when using the bathroom. For the most part, bathrooms are much cleaner than people expect, but people get weirded out when private parts come into play, and they think that as soon as the pants come down, the germs come crawling out. In fact, skin is skin, and unless you're doing something you shouldn't be, a person's "bathroom area" is generally going to be cleaner than most other body parts.
Now, if you're taking a no. 2, and you get some on your hand... you might want to lave your manos.
