I′ll list by country then overall.
England- Manchester United (just overall incredible team)
France- Lyon (soon to be back to back champions six years running)
Germany- Bayern Munich (a lot of big names played here Beckenbauer, Ballack, Kahn)
Spain-Real Madrid (although big names played for Barcelona Madrid has the better track record)
Italy-Juventus (rocked with scandal still the best)
Netherlands-PSV Eindhoven.
Overall- Real Madrid (they were voted the best in 2000 of all clubs in Europe)
