Nah, it can look very masculine. It depends on the guy. If he's already quite masculine I think it exaggerates that...if he's already quite feminine I think it makes him look more so

I don't know about anyone else, but I like delicate features in a man (with exceptions such as the tenor of voice and ...the obvious...) So an ear piercing is actually a turn-on for me.
