Buy a turkey crown. or a turkey breast fillet. I would offer you some of mine but I hate it so I am doing pork and beef.
Cook whole one and eat half and freeze the rest for another time. Provided of course you have a freezer, or compartment.
buy a small 1 and then eat turky sandwichs after xmas ....goes down well with a dolop of sauce or stuffing.....yummy

Nowadays you don't have to buy a whole turkey. Tescos have turkey crowns, turkeys legs and turkey breasts. Take it back and exchange it for something smaller. As Tesco's would say every lttle helps.
