I need help...hanging Christmas lights on the house, are there any volunteers?!

I'll be right over, but if by help you mean you sit and watch out the window sipping a cup of hot chocolate while I hang off the ladder we might have a problem. You can check the strings to be sure they light before you hand them to me, then we can all enjoy the lights and chocolate together.
Go to your local Home Depot to get any additional lights or supplies. Upon exiting the store you should notice a group of men loitering near the lumber entrance. These are known in the business as "independent contractors". Just flash a couple of twenties and gesture for them to follow you. I'm sure you'll be able to get all the "help" you need.
