If you mean first class, then YES! once on a flight to El Paso two first class tickets opened up and my brother and I took them (at this moment I should mention we're mexican), once we were about to be seated this caucasian stewardess looked at us all snooty-like and said 'those are only for first class passengers', suffice to say we presented proof that we actually belonged there because we paid properly and shoved it right in her face
no but did fly first class once...what a bunch of pretentious ar*se holes!!! you should have heard some of the conversations...you wouldn't believe me if i told you...but shocking!!

Yes with British Airways and Virgin - both are worth the extra money if you are travelling long haul.
