I think when I get to level 5 and you have no limits. That's when I think I'll ask more.
I just leave the asking of questions to people that don't know how to "GOOGLE"

I guess whenever you want. It is cool to get to vote and get points, but it is not like you are judged or graded on any of this. I am here to have fun, and get some cool answers. I am very new , just got to level 2, and have met some nice people. It is fun, but not so important that it rules my mind. When it is no longer fun, then it is not worth it, good luck and take care.
