well it depends, it gets on my nerves when they cry but dont do anything about it. i mean when a girl gets harassed, surely she will feel sick and abnormal and would want to cry. thats normal, but if shes just hiding in the corner and is allowing this to happen, then please cry all you want its not going to change anything. thats what i feel.

Yes, and No- I am just sick of people who always think that women are sexual objects and not real humans who can do more than get something raised in a man, lol. It gets a little annoying at times, believe me, I used to work with a man who was always making comments, but he got fired for some other reasons....just glad I didn't say anything, I know how companies can turn the table on a woman!
That is a tough question to answer. There are so many women out there that are being sexually abused at work and stay silent, but then we have those that are abusing the power, but you really can't change the system, or we will eventually go back to our puritan state. So it should remain the same.

No. If I reported every man for sexual harassment in the workplace, no men would have jobs. The only time I reported a guy for sexual harassment is because he would try and follow me to my car late at night and he threatened to kill me if I told anyone. Guys that cross the line that far need to be stopped. I don't have a problem with guys who talk about my boobs, tell sex jokes, etc. There's no harm in that and makes time at work more fun.
