raw veggies. i love some cucumbers and tomatos with a little ranch or just lemon juice. it's a refreshing and filling snack.

Cereal, fruit, a sandwich, a carton of soup, chocolate and biscuits!!!!

If you are not including takeaway then my kids love microwave cheese sandwiches... or sprinkle cheese over doritos and some salsa and microwave...

...if toasting is okay then you can't beat toasted cheese sandwiches...yum!!!!!!!!

...if you count microwaving & toasting as cooking then... make yourself some sandwiches, or eat packet snacks (chips, corn chips, cheezels etc)
