I don't think I have....I guess I have to be honest here....I don't really *know* how much the "gift wrapping paper" costs....as I usually share the same paper used by the rest of my family....I think my mother usually buys it. But I would hope it was worth less than the "actual present" every time.
As long as dollar stores exsist that will never happen to me.
