They each have a profession (can be the same, different, however you like), you can pick from:

chef executive teacher
Describe each character, his/her profession, a bit about his/her appearance (ethnicity/nationality, hair/eye color), personality, and how he/she gets along with other members of his/her crew, romances, etc....

Kelly: she is a doctor from Switzerland. She is a caucasian woman with long blonde hair, and blue eyes. She fancies Marc, and she is very easy to get along with, if you catch her good side.
Marc: he is a muscian born and raised in Texas. He has brown hair, green eyes, and is very easy to get along with. He doesnt like anyone on the island this second.
Lindsay: a chef from Mongolia. she was born and raised in the USA, but wanted to create ethnic foods for people. she has black hair, blue eyes, and a very tall, well-built woman. she fancies Paul. she is kind of hard to get along with. and she is kind of deaf.
Paul: a 5th grade teacher in china. he is Vietnames, but is very intrigued with the chinese folks. he has black hair, and deep brown eyes. he really likes Kelly. he is a very angry man, so you better stay on his better side!
Kahlen: she is the CEO of walmart. she has brown hair, and hazel eyes. a short woman indeed. she loves all people and she really likes Ollie. she is a fairly easy person to talk to.
Ollie: a mechanic from Ireland. he has jet black hair, and deep blue eyes. he is the most handsome of the island, and loves the ladies from foriegn countries. he is very easy to get along with, but if you fall into his trap, you can just fall in love with him.
the member were on their way to Portugal to go to a concert. the boat crashed on an uncharted island, and the other need to count on eaachother for support.

During a future war, a boat bound for safe haven sinks after a mysterious explosion. Six passengers manage to cling to debris and wash ashore onto a desert island.
1) James, a teenager who's whole family died in the sinking. Doesn't want to let anyone get close to him. He used to be a good kid but is often times caught stealing from the others. He won't trust anyone or let anyone voluntarily help him. He never cried or showed any emotion at the loss of his family, even though he was very close to all of them Slight stature.
2) Mrs. Smith - Nobody knows her real name. She has lost most of her memory, but she has flashbacks of watching after children. She doesn't know if they're hers or not. She tries to connect with James, feeling that that is her calling while on the island. He of course want none of that. Average build, about 45 years old.
3) Lawrence, a sailor who has spent nearly all of his life at sea. Now on land, he feels completely useless and out of place. He tried to build several rafts at first, but they were all miserable failures (one made it about a mile out to sea before sinking, and he had to swim back). He spends most of his time trying to find how to fit in, but really ends up taking more than he contributes. 35 years old, strong build, by looking at him you'd think he'd be a leader, but he just can't adapt.
4) Barry - He is the reason everyone is able to survive. If the task is too hard or too dangerous for everyone else, Barry is the one who completes it. At first he differed to the older Lawrence, but it soon became clear that he needed to step up and be the unofficial leader. He is 26 years old and a recent med school graduate. He is strong and strong willed.
5) Frida - A concert pianinst. She is very usefull and resourceful. She spent quite a lot of time fishing with her father while growing up. She is able to quickly remember the fishing lessons her father taught her and soon teaches the other to be proficient fishermen. She often times daydreams about playing music, but when something needs to be done, she's all work. She has feelings for both Barry and Lawrence. She finds Barry more attractive, but she understands that Lawrence needs her, whereas Barry doesn't seem to need anything. 30 years old.
6) Sarah - Tough and usually mean too. A mechanic who can be useful time to time when structures need to be built (she is good at working with her hands). She is a lesbian who secretly lusts after Frida, but she knows that she will never have her. She is usually found in the company of Mrs. Smith, who reminds her of her mother. She also attacked James when it was discovered that he had stolen from her. She is 21 years old.
mines is about teenagers:
jacob (based on myself)- flyest guy around. gets all the ladies. 15 years old. raps/sings, writes songs. black and filipino. plays basketball (best bball player ever). all the girlies have a crush on him.
vanessa- a total bad girl! haha! shes 17. filipino. she has pretty bright brown eyes and long brown hair. shes the sexy girl with a nice body. and she always be bit chin to someone. all the other girls hate her but all the guys love her (cat fight! haha)
chris- jacobs homie for life! 16yrs. hes black and white. hes tall about 6'3. he has a small afro. his gf is kiana, but hes got a lil thing for vanessa haha. he plays football. hes the strong tough guy around.
kiana- 15 yrs. chris's gf. HATES vanessa haha! bff with jessica. shes mexican. shes really small and tiny. shes about 5'2. she likes to write and read a lot. she has brown hair and hazel eyes.
jessica- 15 yrs. shes a white girl and bff with kiana. shes 5'5. she talks a lot of TRASH! shes a girly girl and cant live without the mall and all that other city stuff, so she hates deserted islands. shes very annoying.
nick- 14 yrs. hes asian. hes kind of a nerd. he has spikey hair and brown eyes. he has braces. hes really smart. hes 5'6. hes the only guy who knows how to survive on a deserted island cuz he watches man vs. wild haha
