i have a college tuition to pay so that would be the first thing, then i would buy myself a house and a new car and since a million dollars doesn't go very far i think that would be it.
Invest it and make more money!
Invest, buy a home since it's a buyers market and give to my fave charities

I would also help some friends and a particular homeless man that I see all the time.
i would pay off all my bills.... pay off grandparents house for them and send them on vacation.... get wife the new car she wants and deserves... put money aside for kids education.... invest for retirement... buy a piece of land and a house somewhere quiet and green.... then spen the rest on wife and kids.... they deserve much more since they put up with me and my current job...
Buy a cottage at the beach in Key West and just chill.
