I fill up a hot water bottle and put it in my bed to warm the bed, then I turn on the sound machine so it sound like the ocean, then I put earplugs in to block out even more noise.
In fact, I'm tired so I'm gonna do that right now...........

say a prayer that my moms said to me from the time i was about 2 until the time i was about 7.. and now she just says it to me whenever i'm sick
