~it makes u make mucous
~it has growth hormones from the cows
~it gives me stomach cramps an gas
~its fattening
i like soymilk!!! it has the same amount of calcium as milk, an way more protien, its gentle on ur tummy, easy to digest, doesnt cause mucus, none fattening, an it tastes as creamy as whole milk. holly nog is the best!!! ?
