If a guy said the actual phrase "you are beautiful", I'd be creeped out unless he was my husband.
will sure it raises self esteem. but beauty is in the eye of the beholder lol and when those shallow ppl who dont gota personality and say everyone is ugly are in for it becuz when their all old and wrinkly and no one likes em then thier screwed when other ppl are loved 4 there personality.
ofcourse it does, even if you might not think they mean it, like if you look completly wreckd or havn a bad day etc but just the fact that some1 wanted you to hear it, true or not...makes u feel better i would say so yea.
