Almost ANYTHING by John Grisham.

I just finished "The Innocent Man" -- it was really good. It's his first nonfiction, and I usually hate nonfiction -- this, though, is a really good read.

Also by him:
A Time to Kill
The Client
The Pelican Brief -- one of my favorites, see movie, too
The Firm -- also see the movie --very good

More great authors:
David Baldacci
James Patterson
Sidney Sheldon
Richard North Patterson
Jeffrey Archer --- EXCELLENT British author (Kane & Abel)
