Without going all R&S on me, were you brought up in a religion you've since !

Question: Yep. ^_^ My family, parents *and* grandparents both, tried to raise me Fundamentalist Christian. Their choices boiled down to "baptist or penecostal".

And well....my parents were some sick, messed-up people. That's about as short and polite as it gets.

And also, I think it goes without saying that it didn't take. I just *could not* waste the mind I was given by becoming a sheep in a flock.

But yeah....since then I've become more or less agnostic. I'm not going to be arrogant enough to say that God doesn't exist, but I'm also, on principle, not going to be arrogant enough to say that any *one* human faith on this planet sees any more than a *piece* of the bigger picture. Every faith may have *a point* but they aren't infallible and don't have the whole entire story.

We don't. We just don't. ^_^ Hope this helps.

Nope, my parents were/are atheists

Oh yes!

i was raised as a baptist. when i got older i started the holy-roller thing.

Raised a Methodist but searching for something more.

my mother became over the top crazy christian when I was about 11...It was awful

I do not believe in organized religion.

no, but my parents did. They were raised christian. So they ditched it which is why i don't follow a religion.

yes. there is not one i completely agree w tho i was brought up with a pretty strict religious background.

Not really. Just modified a bit.

No, I have since deepened my realationship with the Father.

Yes, I am a recovering Catholic. I doing very well though and thanks for asking. Buh bye now.

I was raised as a Christian I still consider myself a Christian but I will admit sometime I struggle with my faith but then again so does everyone.

raised catholic
dont really kno what i believe in

No I'm still the same religion

No...there were too many religions in my family. I had a hard time making up my own mind.

nope i'm still the same religion i was born into and i'm happy with it

Yes, i was raised in a super christian household, but i'm an atheist. when i say i'm an atheist, people automatically assume my whole family's atheist, it's funny. then i just tell them i'm capable of forming my own opions, unlike them, who blindly follow there parents, but ya,

I was brought up and still am a practicing Catholic. While many of you will still be snug and warm in your beds tomorrow morning, I'll be in church at 8 a.m.

I was raised Catholic. I got better.

My Dad was apostolic, Mom was Baptist(I think..)

I was Raised Babtist, btu Now I just want to be a better person to God and be happy in life. I just keep to myself and go about my life trusting in God and Having Faith in Him ^_^

I was brought up Christian and I am Christian again, but a church with very different beliefs than the one of my childhood.
