Hot christmas dinner with all the trimmings or cold buffet style with seafood?!
Question: we do the cold buffet as it is so hot here during summer, we have chicken , turkey, pork, ham, mudcrab, prawns, and various salads, pavlova, fruit salad and birthday cake as it is my husbands birthday as well.

hot, but we live in wisconsin, where a table full of comfort food is most welcome. my family isn't too much for the meats, but we go all out on side dishes :mashed potatos, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, stuffing, squash, etc. this year we may splurge and get some clam chowder from the legal seafood... we're originally bostonians.
