No way... that whole lather.. then repeat is bs. They just want you to use more product so that you buy more! And I think that Pre-heating the oven is a WASTE of time!

The directions from "my" bottle of shampoo, yes. It used to be the directions said to pour the shampoo on the back of the head first (where the hair is thicker), but people who shower would shampoo the top of their head first and not diluted as much as it should be. I suspect that's what made men go bald on top. Women back then would take tub baths but now women are starting to go bald on top too so I suspect they are either not reading the directions, or the directions aren't specific anymore..
