You are doing them a great service. If they truly have forgotten like I often do, their coverage won't be canceled because you cared enough to pick up the phone, dial their number and remind them.

Most of it is because its Christmas time and most people r putting off their bills until after January 1st. I dont have anyone calling me but I did call a couple people to let them know I get paid on Jan 3rd so Ill send the payment then so that I have the extra cash for Christmas. Believe me most people KNOW their bill is due they r just trying to do it so their family can have the things they need ya know??? I think Id hate your job! LOL
