well...."Jungle Love" is my generation's term for really going at it---I would imagine that "extreme love" would be something that goes beyond the boundaries of politeness and considerate behavior, like stalking and/or harassment and not taking "no' for an answer...or...it might mean finding new and unusual places to do it. I like the top of the washing machine when it is on "spin" cycle...
