Height is relative. I say hang out with shorter people...then you will seem taller! LOL
If this is a desperation attempt, the doctor can give you Human Growth Hormone. Depending on what stage you are in your life, it can encourage growth. If you are fully mature, this probably won't work for you, or it will just make you grow out.
If all else fails, just find some shorter friends.
you can buy tablots that make you grow a good few inches, look it up on the internet or ask your doctor or even just ask the pharmacist at your local pharmacy! aparently no matter what age you are adult or child there are tablots!! but if you are stil young you just mightnt have had your growth spurt yet, some people dont get their growth spurts until 22! until then you should eat very healthy, get all your nutrients and dont lift weights...they stunt your growth!
How tall and old are you ? I didnt stop growing until my mid 20's If your growth plates of your bones havent closed the there are some drug treatments that can help you grow. That would mean talking to your doctor.
Breaking your legs to make you taller can be done , but you only get a little more height. .
eat you veggis stratch every morning and do some exercising oh drink milk too!
