Which is better- being a kid or an adult?!
Question: adults wish they were kids again...kids can't wait to grow up and be adults...can't there be some sort of happy medium?

Despite all the downsides of being an adult, I stand by being one and wouldn't go back. That is unless we as an entire planet could all be kids again forever, and not have to worry about food and money and all the other stuff.

Depends on you.....kids don't have adult maturity, so everything is a big dea....but being an adult, brings responsibility, stress, yearning to be young again...you can't win...

I guess the adults wished that they're kids again too, so now that I'm still a kid, I will enjoy it to the fullest because I won't be a kid for long... ^_^

being An adult makes you have more responsability then just being a kid... But I'd rather be an adult because I can make my own decisions..
Kids always assume that they will have more freedom when they are older and adults always assume that they had more freedom when they were kids. Sometimes it's just a toss up.
A kid because you don't have any worries. I miss being 13. My junior high days were the best!

Both times in life have their place, but if I could choose, I would want to be an adult. As a kid, you're constantly seeing things the grown-ups can do that you can't. (i.e. stay up late, drive, etc...) The whole time you just want to grow up so you can do those things. The problem is, once you get there you realize it's more than just fun and games. Being an adult carries a lot of responsibility. I value my independence and enjoy the things I do so I would choose adulthood.
a kid. when i did silly or stupid stuff i was excused because i was a kid but now i get blamed for everything but at least i can drink my sorrows away
We all have to grow up sometime but being a kid is more fun without all the responsibility's .
being a human, first. which also means that as an adult, allowing yourself to be a kid sometimes but not being permanently ''stuck'' in that level. adults have that choice. kids don't have that choice because they're kids. however, when a kid acts mature as an adult, they are appreciated and praised for being so. (and kids usually are very mature; sometimes more than adults.)
