Not really. There are plenty of us that love to share so I will entertain myself with all of those. Those that do mark them private are missing out on a lot of great opinion.

Yes, sometimes it does. For example, sometimes if I like a question, I will want to answer that person's other questions, but then I cannot do so if they are set to "Private".
