don't give her the gifts back, hide them, you still have a week. Then give them back.

i dont have kids im only 18 but when i was young my lil brother opened all of the christmas present even those that werent his. he got his @ss tore up by my mom

re wrap them and put them back under the tree. Sit her down next to the presents and sit next to her. Explain to her that she can only look but she cant touch. Then make time where both of you can sit for a little and just look at the tree all lit up and the presents underneath.
