Have a w**k.

Go home sick.

Take a nice warm bath.

Take a deep breath. Think about your happy memories. If it doesn't work, think about something which will make you feel relaxed. It works.

lie back on ur chair...and do some deep breathing visualising that you are next to a smooth soft running stream

sounds like you need a punch bag at the side of you..haha. why not go outside and scream at the top of your lungs

say "f*ck" for a hundred times.

Get yourself one of those stress balls shaped like a boob theyre well funny! your anger will soon turn to laughter! lol

Find something that you can do that is really relaxing. If you can't get a picture of some remote island and tape it up at work and go there when you have a break.

Drink some water ......... you are probably getting dehydrated, suprising but probably true.

CHEERS
?

I'll come and give you a nice massage and make all your worries go away.....if you pay me.....im skint!

have sex and go to sleep

My favorites:

Glass of hard alcohol + Masturbation + Trash Tv

just sleep on the job mate if you can get away with it go for it

You will get many responses I am sure. However, one particular method many have found useful is to regulate your breathing through conscious mediation that focuses on slowing down your respirations -- it has worked wonders for me.

Find what works for you. ;-)

smoke a blunt

find a beautiful girl and have a nice evening... ;) Or buy some Camel cigs, which i've actually ordered :) GL

Smoke a joint reading a book/watching TV, that should do it.

Breathe deeply. With each breath out surround yourself with a golden protective bubble than no one can get though.
fruitcake idea I know - but trust me it works.

pass it on and stress someone else don`t be alone

Relax yourself by performing small exercises for your body to feel at ease. Close your eyes and think of all the positives and all the things which give you pleasure .

Just keep smiling and saying nice things to people and they will wonder what you are up too

buy some lavender oil and rub it into ur temples.
or there is the option of buying a dog.

Just get on with it and stop whinging you lazy git. Stress is an overused word rather like people having a sniffly nose and announcing to the world that they have the FLU and can't come in to work only to arrive back the next day quite back to normal!
Ban Stress!

It depends!!!
take a day off but the night before have a good time depending how YOU like too have fun. the day you took off just take it easy get some rest, prepare yourself for the next day thinking that the next day you are going to kcik *** and take care of a lot of stuff that needs to be taken care of.............remember life is to short just to stress on work.......besides if you stressing on work it could only be 2 things....1 somebody at your job is lazy and other ppl are picking up the slack....... or just bad choice of career.

Follow timmy boomstick.

Oh well, it's winter vacation pretty soon anyway. And then the Christmas uproar to contend with.

kill everyone in the room !!

Try to get out of work for half an hour
Doing something fun
Then come back!!

Gently massage your temples. Close your eyes and gently (GENTLY) press (and hold for no more than 10 seconds at a time) on the eyelids. Repeat the above for no more than two minutes at a time, with a break of at least 30 minutes in between each cycle.

Roll your shoulders backwards for four cycles, then forwards for four cycles. Gently shake out your arms and repeat.

Place your right arm across your chest. Grab the elbow with your left hand and pull across your chest. Release and shake out. Do the same for your left arm. While this is usually a warm up exercise, it works when relieving tension which tends to build up in your shoulders and across your back.

And finally, a good way of relieving tension at work is to get up from your work station and go for a walk around your office. Getting away from your VDU for a few moments every half hour improves your concentration, meaning you can be more productive, and receptive to new information.

Good luck, hope you're feeling more relaxed soon.

Take care

pmsl......! Just play on here always relieves me...or go for a smoke hun x
