Question: If someone gave me a million dollars, I'd:
Get my husband back into college so he could finish his film degree.
-Design a fully wheelchair accessible house with a big kitchen and low counters and stovetop so I can cook good meals without worrying about getting hurt and it would have a huge bathroom with a roll-in shower and a heated jaccuzi.
-a custom electric wheelchair
-an accessible van with a lift
-get my husband a new car
-start my own business that would employ people with disabilites
-finance my husbands first movie

First of all, I'll consult a dermatologist to get rid of my rashes and acne that Im having right now since I cant afford to consult a dermatologists....this really sucks..
Some of the money, I'll choose 3-5 less fortunate childrens and let them study till college.....
Some of the money then, I'll run a small business so it will double the money....
Buy Christimas presents for my family... fly my family to Europe and have a white Christmas (no snow in Africa)... give $50,000 to an animal charity... upgrade from a bike to a car... get the best damn PC on the market... bank the rest.
I would grab my kids, burn down my house, buy a truck that runs, and get the hell outta Michigan. I'd repalce everything once I got far enough away from here.
Then I might do something productive, charity or whatever. But the first few weeks it would be all about me.
Well, I'd only have about 600,000 left after taxes, and only about 500,000 left after I paid off the mortgage on my house.
Not enough to quit my job..... into savings & investments we would go, with the hope of retiring about 10-15 years early
leave it in the bank until I got my head around it...Then I'd probly take half of it, buy a massive property with a massive house and a massive soundproof shed for my band to practice in. Then I'd give my family and friends a share each. Then with the remaining money, I'd share it amongst various animal rights groups, world vision and other positive charites...
deposit in a bank and worry on how to spend it.
Buy a couple of plane tickets, fly away and pick up my ??? and disappear!
