No, your heat is BROKEN.
thermal underwear, thick socks, warm hat, gloves, scarf, flannel pj's on top. all under every single blanket you own.

Gosh, thats a tough one, I'm gonna get crazy here and suggest a space heater, extra cloths and some blankets.

It depends how cold it is out and where you live.
If it is 45 or more degrees outside, you need to just bundle up--wear extra layers and spend time under a blanket. Any lower and you'd probably need some temporary heat, like an electric space heater.
Lots and lots of blankets. Or get in a HOT bath, and jump into lots of clothes and then bury yourself in blankets. Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.....
Well if you have a fire place go to the grocery store and pick up the fire logs and if not just get 3 shirts and put them over each other and wear socks.
