Question: actually, yes one time it did. i put 2 nails behind my neighbors car hopeing he would have a flat tire and be late for work. but then when he backed up the car his tireds didn't become flat right away. so he drove off and then it eventually got flat when he was on like the interstate and got in a big accident. hehehe oops
