How long does it take you to cool off when you get really mad?!
Question: depends buddy !! if i have some multi B complex tablets handy (i usually have them in the fridge) then about as fast as it takes to swallow and digest them .......... however, the few times that i ran out i resorted to having a nice hot shower. that's good too!!

depends on what made you mad.. sometimes things could be a misunderstanding and be cooled off within a few seconds.. sometimes it's not like that and it could take a long time.. few hours, days, week.. who knows, it really depends on what's getting at you

Depends on what I'm mad about. Usually a couple of hours, sometimes a whole day. I am not a machine. I can't just turn my feelings on and off.
When you mean really mad, for me there are a lot of times that it doesn't cool off at all. I think it depends on the person you are mad about. When its your love one, especially your partner, it get cool off very easily(though sometimes we pretend that we still are).
For family members, sometimes an hour, a day, of maybe a week.
Then I had a friend and I really got mad at him, and until now its still there. When I think of what he did to me, my blood still boils with anger.
So I think it really depends on the person and certain situation.
it depends on why i'm mad, but usually not that long as long as im left alone, but if people keep bugging me and asking whats wrong that just makes me more mad!
