Why would someone add you as a contact, but not allow anyone to be their contact!

I will be honest and say that I just did that yesterday, because I noticed after somebody added me as their contact I started getting violations for no reason.
So I decided to delete all the Fans I had and made it so I can add someone to my contacts at my own risk.
if i were naive i would say she likes your questions but has been suspended before so doesn't allow contacts.
but if that happened to me, i would think reporter troll!
HA...well then sir, I am very glad you added first, because if I had enjoyed your Q/A and had seen the 'email me first'...the obstinance in me would have just added away. Have done it several times just to be a punk and haven't been blocked yet...but, life is still young ;)
I keep asking myself the same question. Strange.
