Yes, but as a last resort. You can usually find some potable water after one or two days. Your own urine is safe for you to drink. Wait until the second day to drink urine. You can drink yoyur own urine up to five days, before your kidneys cannot handle the salt/waste levels. To avoid waste, wiss into a canteen. Tases horrible, but at least it will keep you alive.
